Have a good day out. My survey money is like yours, nothing to cash out at the moment, still waiting for approval as P/fc are obviously not doing much over Christmas and the others are very slow as well.

Good morning, a little later for me today but I've just sorted the spreadsheet and made my PAD, £1 today but forgot to declare the £10 from last night so I added that on there.  

Today will be a NSD after yesterday, although I did pop into Wilko and I picked up a wellness planner for 2023. I am going to use it to track fitness, moods, water intake and such. It's well laid out and I think it will help me focus on getting fitter and focus on the positives etc.  Now that my health scare is over my intention is to get fitter and lose a bit of weight in 2023.  I have a personal trainer session at the gym today and I also have a swimming session booked at lunch time. 

The DFD is looking more and more likely to be May now, although we have holiday in a few weeks so I will be waiting until the last payment is predicted at below £500 again before I officially declare it as my DFD.

Hiya, I'm back working today for a few days but there's not really many people in so it's nice and quiet and I can clear emails and get some project work done.  Just taking a break for a cuppa and thought I had better update. 

I've just sent £5 to CC7 as today is a NSD again. I went to the gym this morning and I will be there again tomorrow evening. I want to get into the habit of exercising on a regular basis so I have had the PT session and they built me a tailored programme for the next 6 weeks. 

Nothing seems to be happening in the world of surveys but I kind of expected that to be the case over Christmas. I'm happy to keep plodding along, it's a marathon after all! 

Signed up fro PADding, 1p challenge and debt free by xmas 2023 challenges to keep me focused and at lunch today I'm going to start to plan for January in my wellness planner.

I've been able to cash out £10 to my phone bill from Airtime rewards today, so I have sent this to CC7, along with a £2 pay out from Qmee.
All still heading in the right direction

Morning guys, another day of work ahead for me but it should just be more of the same as I can see loads of out of offices are set.

My PAD this morning was £3 to CC7, it should be another NSD today but I will declare later on just in case. I'm on the look out for a new swimming costume so if I see one I like then I will be spending. Off to the gym again tonight but other than that I've no plans.
