    if you bought it from AO, then its straight back to AO, as far as I can see.

    Don't forget that AO have the right to confirm that a fault exists before agreeing to do anything and getting Bosch to do an inspection is a perfectly acceptable way of doing this.

    your 1st port of call is AO. If they refer you to bosh or someone else then so be it. do that telling them that AO put you on to them. as I have said on here before in retail you are responsible for what you sell.

    I just had a leaky wash due to a piece of washing stuck under the door .
