Leaving sky process / negotiating

Hi can anyone tell me the process of leaving sky?
Is the first person offering you a deal ro stay the last? How many layers before actual disconnection to negotiate with?

I am moving house, and have signed an amazing deal with virgin much cheaper for rhe full shabang.
If sky offer me a deal close to it ill stay and cancel the virgin agreement.

I called sky to cancel and the agent did load of discounts but still not good enough. Said i would think about it. So is there another level  of negotiating if i push through?

If you cancel, then you'll generally get a further offer to stay.

But  your Sky account will be for current property .

How much left on this contract that needs paying off . Out of contract and you will be free to take up new customer offers at next address .
