As long as two-thirds of the leaseholders or tenants are happy to do so, you have the right to kick out the MA, and self-manage the property under the Right To Manage scheme mandated by the Common and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.

Details of how to go about it here: Right to Manage - The Leasehold Advisory Service (lease-advice.org)

Maybe just a letter to the MA, saying ''get rid of OPS or you will be gone'', might do the trick.
Yes, try that, and mention the easement by prescription (I assume you Googled the meaning of that when I mentioned it before, OP?  It is another legal point in your favour).  As a group, you may want to talk about asking @bargepole if he might assist you to write such a letter.  He is legally qualified and his service is cheaper than using a solicitor and getting an injunction and might do the trick:

I am unconnected to that company but might be worth considering as a starting point.

Im guessing the management company have already signed a deal with OPS/the parking company, not rejecting any resistance only a few kickbacks if the contact between the management company and the PPC allow it.
And if the management company pull out of the deal with the ppc then the management company will have to pay a considerable sum.

Not that that is any concern of the residents, if the management company has done this then its a mess of the management companies own making.

Also vehicle whitelists should be avoided , they may be ok in the very short term, but as soon as someone is in a different vehicle, such as a hire or loan car after being in an accident/having work done and this vehicle isn't on the list then all shorts of issues can arise with lease companies/hire companies paying the ppc and back charging it
, plus a hefty admin fee to the hirer

I am afraid it might be of concern to the residents when they see the management company try to recoup their losses via increased service charges - keep an eye on the annual report/financial report!

As the proposed regulations remove an existing right, it is indeed a variation.
