Hi 

I recently switched to the Vodafone broadband deal from the MSE site where it says you can claim an amazon/tesco voucher. 

Unfortunately, as I went you the sign up process it kept telling me to correct my details and that if the problem continues I should contact Vodafone which I did but here is the problem, because I completed the sign up via the phone with the rrp will I still be entitled to the voucher?

Some help would be much appreciated

I signed up too with a promised Amazon voucher. Took screenshots of the progress, yet Vodafone have yet to credit me after months of waiting.
Is court action a possibility?

Did you got through a cashback merchant as that invalidates the offer.
