Netflix with Sky Q

I have Sky Q Ultra HD package without Netflix.
If I want to add Netflix, I would need to be able to see 2 devices at the same time at least (because that's the set up we have). To edit my Sky package on the website it just says add Netflix at £5 which is the single user one. How can I change that without ringing Sky? Or does it somehow know which one I want. Also, does anyone know how much Sky would charge for the more than basic Netflix?
Thank you

It depends on what Netflix plan you subscribe to. The Netflix Basic plan allows you to stream to one device at a time. A device is considered anything that can log into Netflix and play video, including mobile devices, computers, and TVs. The Standard plan lets you stream to two devices. Finally, the Premium plan allows for four simultaneous devices.
Seems its only one.0 -

I wanted to know how to add the right one on Sky without having to ring them and wait for 6 hours till they answer my call.
It seems that's my only option though.

What sky package do you have. If you have Sky signature you need the HD Pack to get the Netflix standard plan. To get Netflix premium you also need the UHD pack as part of your Sky
 Student Current Accounts = - £3400
:rotfl: Nectar - 3331 Points
Quidco - £98.18 :T

As I understand adding ultimate TV add on (Netflix) gets you Netflix in uhd and stream on 4 devices @ £5 per month (usually £6)
I've just moved to Sky and added the UHD/HD pack on a three month freebie, I see the above Netflix offer but don't want that as I already subscribe to Amazon prime.1
