  • I would only withdraw the money if you need it I.e you'll go into debt without it or if you're no longer intending to buy. I also disagree with your statement about the advantages of the  LISA not being good for small time savers. Admittedly it benefits those saving the maximum but no other account currently available to new savers will give you free money at a rate of 25p per £1 saved.
