Unless anyone knows a more efficient method, looks like a screenshot, page by page on that one. As you're submitting your bundle electronically, it's not going to be a problem with having to physically print the whole lot.If you are quoting from an Act of Parliament (eg PoFA) or a Supreme Court ruling (like Beavis), it would be appropriate just to screenshot the appropriate paragraphs/pages.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Are the exhibits PDF files? You can get a free PDF application that will let you append PDF files to another PDF file. (Even Adobe Acrobat Reader will likely let you do this, in spite of the name).
So create your WS, save it as a PDF file, then append the other PDF files to it so you end up with a single document.Jenni x3 -

What you can do (if you're using MS Word for example) is create appendices for each exhibit and then put in the appropriate number of blank pages. This will then let your table of contents show the correct PDF page numbers. After making it a PDF you can then delete the blank pages and replace them with the relevant exhibits and everything should be in the right place.Jenni x1

I just merge PDFs as the last thing you want is a ‘transcript’ in plain text. That is no longer an approved Transcript and you are not allowed to copy that document in a different format, as is noted on it by the transcription company.
I've used more than one free PDF editor and they’ve all had a merge option and worked fine.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

With a pdf file you can reduce its size - I use an iMac and (from memory - I'm not at the MAC right now) you right click on the pdf file, open with 'Preview', go to 'File', 'Export', then click on 'Quartz Filter', then 'Reduce file size' - there or there abouts. It then saves the reduced size file. But you need to check carefully that the wording is not too much degraded, especially if you've got scans of important PPC signage wording, or you're using scans of other scans. This process will seriously reduce the size of your file, I don't know for sure, but guess there's a similar function in MS Windows. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
