Fruitcake said:Ha, I didn't even look at the page numbers.
Pages 3 and 4 (of 13) are also missing from the claimant's WS.
The man on the Clapham omnibus would assume that on the balance of probabilities, there are legally binding terms and conditions of the contract that have been deliberately withheld from the court, that favour the motorist.
The claimant is put to strict proof that the contrary applies.1 -

Hi all, I’m pulling all last pieces of the puzzle together. Question: regarding any case I make reference to, should I be including the full transcript in my exhibits? The pages soon start to add up!0

Include transcripts where available. Quote case numbers and extracts from them if you have nothing else. Transcripts are expensive so they are quite rare.
You don't need to quote extracts from Acts of Parliament or Government Regulations as the judge will be able to access them.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3 -
Hi all, ahead of submitting today, I have a last question if I may:1) regarding full transcripts in the Exhibits and the difficulty I’m having getting them to copy over unchanged, would it best I screenshot the important part of the reference case to keep it original, or copy and paste the transcript in plain text format? Thanks as always folks,0

Which particular documents are you having trouble with? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I have referenced Hancock v Promontoria for redacted contract. I thought any references to a previous case should ideally be backed up by full transcript in the exhibits. The PCC failed to provide any transcripts in their bundle.

Another question. If I’m making reference to the claimants WS do I need to add a copy to the exhibits as my court documents state to include anything I plan on relying on? Feels like I have everything including the kitchen sink in my Exhibits at the moment.0
