I have always gone for duropal laminate worktop, this time we are splashing out on Dekton Zenith. 2 slabs ~ 8m2 including island, 4 standard sections of worktop, 3 sinks, 2 hob cuts comes just over £5K inc vat and fitting.Just don’t go for a wooden worktop, they are so impractical / too easily damaged by water.0
