Shares ISA that allows US stocks and transfers from other brokers

Hello,
I am looking for an S&S ISA provider that allows NASDAQ stocks and which supports transfer of stocks from another broker. I have ckecked with Barclays but they support only LSE listed shares. My other bank is HSBC but I was not able to find out that information from them. I was gifted shares from my US employer - they are currently kept in E*TRADE and I would like to move them to UK and keep for a longer period of time.
Thanks for help.

Were they from an HMRC recognised SAYE or SIP scheme and are you still within the 90 days to transfer into an ISA?

I transferred an ISA holding US shares from HL to AJ Bell. Took several months to go through.“Like a bunch of cod fishermen after all the cod’s been overfished, they don’t catch a lot of cod, but they keep on fishing in the same waters. That’s what’s happened to all these value investors. Maybe they should move to where the fish are.” Charlie Munger, vice chairman, Berkshire Hathaway0
