Yes, I was once into CBT. Oafishness on the part of council staff in Bath, plus the extreme nature of their queues meant that I'd take my stuff to Wilts, where the private enterprise guys were pleasant and more accommodating.....and they sold compost!Farway said:

I know of this happening between two counties in Wales. Due to the location of the site it is much quicker to get to the HWRC in the neighboring county than using their own counties one.Farway said:
