The OP has got to be a windup?

Pretend you want to withdraw money.
Check where it says what bank.
See what account you set it to when first opening the account.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
You don't need to give instructions, and account holders will not be asked for instructions.Deleted_User said:I have this account, but was not asked for my instruction.
Perhaps I was at the time of account opening but I can't remember. I guess we will soon see!
In accordance with the T&Cs, your account will be changed to an instant access savings account. From there, you can withdraw as much as you like, close the account, or just let it sit there. I usually close my Virgin Regular eSavers the minute they have matured.2 -
I'm surprised that anyone would do any business with a Virgin company. Have you not seen the reviews?I honestly don't know how are they still in business.

There is a large community on this forum who absolutely love the Virgin Money regular savings and current accounts. They are superb value for money and are very easily administered. Virgin Media, Virgin Mobile, Virgin Games or other Virgin stuff has no bearing on those accounts. We also don't take our steer from Trust Pilot, which seems in the main to be a gathering place for disgruntled people.idkwhattosay said:I'm surprised that anyone would do any business with a Virgin company. The maturity may, however, be nothing to do with a RS. I have a 3 year ISA maturing within a month, and not had anything from them yet (postal, email, or when logging on)
In fact, the OP refers to a "maturing deposit" which lends itself to not being the RS account.0 -
As long as they give me back my money I could not care less.idkwhattosay said:I'm surprised that anyone would do any business with a Virgin company. Have you not seen the reviews?I honestly don't know how are they still in business.0
