We agree , but you are posting on a car parking forum on a consumer advice section , it's not a legal forum and we are not allowed to provide legal advice , you pay a solicitor for that , which is not cheap !!

We are giving you non professional common sense advice , plus playing devils advocate , better to be put on the spot here than in the witness box in court. It is called critique for a reason , we criticise your efforts until it's as good or as bad as can be

There is little point mentioning that it's your first time when most of us have never had to do this. You do get people in life who know the topic yet have never experienced it , like a paraplegic knowing about football yet have never kicked a ball !!

The concern is you have needed a lot of hand holding, as you are not, to us, reading what you are writing. Yoiure just throwing stuff in. You cannot read things in isolation; you must read the newbies thread, you must read the dozens of other threads with court claims, and so on.
If for example english is not your first language, then is there someone in person who can help you? You have more documents to produce, most important being the Witness Statement, and so I would suggest you start work on that the instant you file the defence.

Hi all, I managed to take some pictures of the site today and signage, is it ok to post the signage to see what the forum thinks?

Of course, as you see on all other threads.  Can be fiddly to post attachments on this stupid 'new' forum though.

Whose car park was this drop off zone in?  Can't be in the residential car park where you took the washing machine to, or was it being taken to a shop?

There is no residential carpark i know of, the concierge gave me permission to stop there while waiting for the tenant to come to the reception. I waited 6 minutes for the tenant to arrive.

But why were F1rst Parking operating a drop off 5 minute zone at a residential black of flats, I've never seen such a thing with ANPR near a building like that.  Can you show us the place on a shared link to GoogleStreetView please?
