Thank you for those contact details Fruitcake I will email them with my complaint today. I have already contacted BPA about the false use of their accreditation.Fruitcake said:Umkomaas said:UKCPM are no longer BPA AOS members, they are IPC AOS members and have been so since 1/10/2015.So that sign is at least 5 years out of date, and if that is the only one on the site, or there are others sporting the BPA logo roundel - get more photos if so (ignore any rectangular logo, only the roundel counts) then I would argue that it cannot form a contract, given the incorrect and misleading accreditation and its age.
Then a complaint should be made to the IPC that one of their members is pretending to be a member of the BPA AoS when they are not.
(The BPA should be warned as well.)
Complaints should also go to the DVLA and the DVLA Kadoe team. PPCs must be a member of an ATA and abide by their CoP in order to obtain keeper data via their Kadoe contract.
At lease one judge said the CoP should be considered as being mandatory, not advisory.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thank you everybody for all your input and advice in the case. I have just had a reply via my MP in which CPM inform me as a 'goodwill gesture' they will be cancelling my PCNs and have instructed their solicitors to drop the case. Really do appreciate everyones help, excellent result!!3

Well done, but it is not over until the scammers say it is over.
Gesture of goodwill my backside. They know they are onto a hiding so have chickened out instead of letting a judge give them a good wire brushing.
Did you follow through with all the other complaints as well? They are all important in order to prevent this happening again.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Yes I did. BPA AOS investigations team are looking into the use of their logo as are Trading Standards for 'misleading practices by the trader'. My complaint with the IPC is still pending and DVLA weren't interested.3
