VCS Fine in Scotland

I've done a bit more googling about the actual car park and came across a very similar case. Can't post the link though. Is there any way around that?
Same site, similar circumstances and in the hours of darkness. My contravention date was 31st October and date of issue was 16th November. I received it 19th November. Sign says Excel, but it's VCS that are issuing things, and that thread suggests they've made a mistake there. That user had a solicitors letter too but didn't even contact VCS

Yes, http becomes hxxp+
Not even a suggestion, it is a fact. VCS has no part to play. Do the signs say anything about VCS at the bottom?1 -
https://www.scotcourts.gov.uk/taking-action/simple-procedure for the court process in Scotland. I can't easily find pre-action protocols info that advise the timescale to allow for payment from an LBC prior to starting court action. What I have seen suggests that there are no statutory rules in Scotland. This PDF may help.
PS - it looks like Scotland now have something similar to MCOL - at least for starting a claim anyway.
PPS - was the solicitor G&N? The chances of this going as far as an actual claim in Scotland for a single PCN is remote.Jenni x1 -

You didnt keep a copy of said appeal?
I DID NOT say to tell everyone in the entire world who drove!
I asked a simple question with a yes / no answer
PM a board guide and ask them nicely if they will mind editing your post to remove the part where you tell the world who drove; if you didnt disclose who drove then currently they have no chance of success in court1 -
Solicitor is Pollock, Fairbridge, Schiavone. Still doesn't work with the link changed to that0
