They don't have the TV right? So did you spot the fly?Mylow54 said:Well there has now been an update to my problem ( large fly stuck behind middle of screen) They have now informed me because it is a fly , they would not repair because it is classed as a bio Hazard, also they wont replace as stated in the care plan because there is an exception in the T & Cs that if the fault is caused by being exposed to an insect infestation they are not liable. Since when can they get away with classing one fly as being exposed to insect infestation ?0 -
I wonder what their reaction would be if you went into any of their stores, saw a single fly/bee/wasp etc in there and then wrote on on their Facebook page and lots of other review sites that their store was infested with flying insects?IvanOpinion said:I suggest you tell them to stop playing silly buggers with their terms and conditions and learn what words mean

Even if it isn't an "infestation", is a fly getting into the telly covered by the plan in the first place?0

well to start with If you pay £800 in 2015 for TV clearly there is a design fault if a large fly can make its way into the screen layer. If you can imagine permanently having a fly in your vision when watching TV .0
