I wonder what their reaction would be if you went into any of their stores, saw a single fly/bee/wasp etc in there and then wrote on on their Facebook page and lots of other review sites that their store was infested with flying insects?

Even if it isn't an "infestation", is a fly getting into the telly covered by the plan in the first place?

well to start with If you pay £800 in 2015 for TV clearly there is a design fault if a large fly can make its way into the screen layer. If you can imagine permanently having a fly in your vision when watching TV .
