Longer ring time on 02?
I want to change the ring time on my Motorola G7 Power which is on 02 from the default 20 seconds to the maximum, which seems to be 30 seconds. However, when I try calling **61*901*11*30# as advised by Google search results, I get "Call forwarding. Connection problem or invalid MMI code".
I have been advised to turn off "wi-fi calling" but I can't find that in my settings menu. Also, I've been told that I can change the ring time via something in my02, but I'm jiggered if I can see anything relevant in there.
Anybody know what the secret is?

Thank you. Tried that and it doesn't work. Apparently I need to tun off wi-fi calling, which is done in either phone settings or phone app settings but I can't see it in either.

Do either of these suggestions work?
Taken from the online manual:

Thanks for that! Can't see anything about wi-fi calling, so I guess 02 doesn't do it. At least I now know that, even if I'm nowhere nearer changing the ring time to 30 seconds ...

Probably a daft question but you're sure voicemail is actually active?
When I changed from Three to Lebara I was told Voicemail would be turned on automatically, but I couldn't get my ringer to extend so I checked and my issue was the voicemail wasn't turned on. Once I turned it on the MMI code worked.1 -
The only other suggestion I can think of is turning off mobile data, turning off WiFi and then trying the commands again.1

Maybe pop the sim card in a basic phone and dial the code again, that should bypass the WiFi calling1
