Faulty Samsung phone bought off argos but still under warranty

I have a Samsung phone which I bought of Argos in November 2019.
On October 2020 I had the charging port replaced by Samsung's partner WeFix. But
On October 2020 I had the charging port replaced by Samsung's partner WeFix. But
The phone is supposed to come with a 2 year warranty but 1 month later In November the screen has turned purple apparently due to 'water getting inside of it' which isn't true whatsoever. Samsung is saying they are not able to do anything about it and it isn't covered under warranty but I believe the previous technician didn't repair the phone within reasonable care and skills.
And I'm just wondering do I have any grounds on any law like consumer rights law.
I have a feeling the full device wasn't manufactured to a good standard as there was always some sort of problem like GPS or Mobile data not working etc.
Also I'm self employed and I rely on my phone to take jobs which is affected me as I can barley see anything on the screen as it got worse then before.
I contacted citizen advice and they told me to go against Samsung as they the ones who done the repair. Who should I be going against and if so how?
Please I'd really like to be guided as I really can't afford to fix this on my own or even buy a new phone.
Thanks in advance.

Dont state to Samsung or Argos that you use the phone in any way for business purposes because CRA2015 won't apply on anything bought or used for business0

Warranty is not Consumer laws .Samsung have internal water ingress markers and they will not entertain warranty if triggered .That is their right under a warrantyConsumer Rights are your rights in law against the vendor Argos .So approach them but under CR they are entitled to inspect and will probably find the same ..@You say ( but I believe the previous technician didn't repair the phone within reasonable care and skills.) Then go back and complain about the repair to wefix .Water ingress condensation etc is a normal reason to reject warranty ( 'water getting inside of it' which isn't true whatsoever)Markers will show that its true if rejected as its part of the investigation check list for any Samsung repair ..

Should I be writing to Samsung or Argos regarding the CRA?
I do not want to get warranty involved as you mentioned it's not CRA.

However, I hope you're not expecting this to be a quick and easy process. When you had the repair carried out in October 2020, did Argos advise you to contact Samsung, or did you go direct to Samsung and not involve Arogos?

What phone is it? My S7 from 2016 has IP68 protection.0

My opinion is that if you go via CR to the seller then they will want a report on your claim and probably return it to Samsung for inspection.Who will then tell Argos its damaged due to water indicators on .Plus as a business user CR may be invalidated .Damage at present could be either water ingress as per report or repair faulty .In that case i would be going back to Samsung claiming the repair is faulty .0
