    Fatbelly's post on 10 May, edited on the 12th where he listed the key changes and it says comes into force on the 29th.

    Iva is now in process of terminating... but I had been trying to sort out arrears with council tax and then had a tax credit over payment. I feel defeated so I was planning on including this in dro. Now I've had 2 court summons? What do i do??

    Ask a debt adviser if you can have formal breathing space - protects you for 60 days against enforcement.

    Are the two court summons both council tax?
