annoying buyers

I am thinking of stopping selling on Ebay. Too many buyers not reading the description then even more annoyingly instead of just messaging me asking if they can return it (which I would always accept) opening a case or like 'Soolin' stated; messaging multiple times if you do not respond within seconds.
I sold a video doorbell last week. Description listed the 'wireless' aspects to it - Basically everything but the power cable. Buyer messages before buying and I tell him the same thing. He buys, then submits a return request stating it wasn't wireless as described.0 -

Dont know who is more delusional. Buyer or seller

You’ve been on here for ages custardy so will have already heard my horror stories overheard at the PO. This one reminds me of the lady with a flimsy cake box instructing the post office clerk to tell the postman to keep the box steady as it had a delicate wedding cake in it! On par with the lady insisting the post office take a full length mirror merely wrapped in a black bin bag.custardy said:

They think Postman Pat hand delivers it personally from door to door ...soolin said:

Yeah, that's heartbreakingly delusional. Then again, in the days of mixtapes I sent a cassette unboxed wrapped in kitchen roll to a penpal and the inevitable happened -- it arrived smashed. Once you learn that, you never forget it.0

I bought a framed picture on Ebay, about 18x15 inches of glass; it was wrapped in one sheet of brown paper and it was fairly obvious what it was. To RM's credit but certainly not the seller's, it arrived undamaged!soolin said:

Just saw someone stuff a laptop into a bubble wrapped envelope and sent it 2nd class normal at the PO. The PO staff member told them to send it special delivery but the person insisted on it being sent normal. Hmm indeed!0

When it gets lost or broken the sender will no doubt be moaning on every forum about the rubbish RM service.mimi1234 said:Just saw someone stuff a laptop into a bubble wrapped envelope and sent it 2nd class normal at the PO. and no doubt all the bar room lawyers will be urging them to take RM to small claims as they had a duty of care however it was sent and however badly it was packed. I've received a ball of wool today, miraculously - it was in an envelope that had the flap stuck to itself and somehow, I have no clue how, Royal Mail managed to deliver both envelope and wool together.

Edit: it was from eBay; I don't know whether to send the seller a message just to let them know there's a huge chance that packing like this means their items will get lost, or not.2 -
That's nice yarn, Spoonie. What type?
