Childcare help on apprenticeship

Hi, I was planning on doing a full time course at uni and know you get 85% of childcare covered with this. I was hoping to instead do a police apprenticeship and was wondering if I would get the same or any alternative help as most of my wage would go to childcare costs and it would be quite difficult. My child will be just under 1 when I start. I’d appreciate any help or advice thank you.
