    Thanks @greent

It’s looking likely that Mr Agatha will change his job. Current role is having an impact on mental health. Lots of job searching, applications, viewing courses. His preference is a ‘job’ rather than career move which will be a drop in pay. We’ve juggled with figures and it’s possible. We’ll make sure girls aren’t impacted. Main impact will be prolonging mortgage length.

On that note £700 overpayment this month. Will go into £39000s after next mortgage payment on 1st.

Sympathy with Mr Agatha - if I can't get an extension on my current role I'll likely be looking at "jobs" too

A job isn’t the worst. I think we’re both at the point quality of life is more important. As long as we can pay our bills and have money for university we are happy to pull back on other things.
