I was told will get 2 WiFi boosters for free, to help with no WiFi signal in bedroom, have been trying to contact them but no response.

Try logging into your 'My Virgin' account online, then use the chat function. I've had success chatting with someone on there 2 out of the last 3 times. I found mid morning was best time.1
