Vanmoof S3 ebike

Has anyone had significant problems with a Vanmoof S3 ebike?
I purchased the bike new directly from the manufacturer at the end of August 2020, and it finally arrived November 2020.
Since we've had it there have been issues with it, but these have been minor, and it has still been able to be ridden. However at the start of February the battery pack completely failed. The Vanmoof technical support tried to fix the problem remotely, but couldn't and diagnosed a new battery was required. It cannot even be ridden without battery power since the bike is locked and requires the battery power to lock/unlock. So the bike is just sat there doing nothing. Vanmoof are unable to repair it since they cannot get new batteries, and are blaming brexit, !!!!!!! I work for a fresh fruit importer, and we've managed to trade as normal with our Spanish suppliers, so I think that's just a load of tosh.
I would really like to send the bike back and get a refund, I have no confidence in the company.
Does anyone know where I stand legally? Can I send the bike back even though I've had it for more than 30 days and get a full refund since the company are unable to fix it due to a lack of parts. However they're perfectly willing to take new orders, and supply existing orders.

It was purchased through their website, and the company is Dutch, however they do have a registered office within the UK.

Seems some dutch bike co's stopped suppling to the UK after 31/12/2020 due to the increased paperwork/costs.
