Just an observation if you are using CCleaner Free.Since it was acquired by Avast in 2017 the software has received adverse publicity about installing malware via downloads. The following extract from Wikipedia tells the tale.
"Malware infection
After Piriform was acquired by Avast, in September 2017, CCleaner 5.33 was compromised by the incorporation into the distributed program of the Floxif trojan horse that could install a backdoor, enabling remote access to 2.27 million[35] infected machines.[36][37] Forty of the infected machines received a second-stage payload that appears to have targeted technology companies Samsung, Sony, Asus, Intel, VMWare, O2, Singtel, Gauselmann, Dyn, Chunghwa and Fujitsu.[38][39] On 13 September, Piriform released CCleaner 5.34 and CCleaner Cloud 1.07.3191, without the malicious code.[40]
On 21 October 2019, Avast disclosed a second security breach during which hackers tried again to insert malware inside CCleaner releases. That attempt was unsuccessful.[41]"
Personally I always thought it to be an excellent tool and I occasionally install it from time to time, use what features I want then uninstall and run a Malwarebytes scan.
I believe the previous poster has answered your question.

+1 for removing ccleaner. Have survived without it for at least the last 10 years by using windows built in tools"The Holy Writ of Gloucester Rugby Club demands: first, that the forwards shall win the ball; second, that the forwards shall keep the ball; and third, the backs shall buy the beer." - Doug Ibbotson1

Agree with wongataa. It doesn't do anything you can't do yourself.1

Also, be aware that CCleaner has now been classified as a PUP - Potentially Unwanted Program or PUA - Potentially Unwanted Application by Microsoft, due to it bundling a whole load of Avast stuff, when Avast purchased Piriform who published CCleaner. I have run Windows since 3.0 and have never found these "cleaners" effective - and I have had to sort out a number of computers where the user has done a "registry clean" and completely screwed up the registry. I have never found any performance benefits and you can clean up your computer very effectively using W10 - just type "cleanup" into the search bar, bottom left of your screen, without the quotes. My advice - keep well away from these "cleaners" - they do almost nothing for system performance. At best they put overhead on your system - at worst, they wreck it.

Not my words - see https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/microsoft/microsoft-now-detects-ccleaner-as-a-potentially-unwanted-application/ In skilled hands registry "cleaner" programs might (might) be OK. Personally, I have never noticed any improvement after using these - but I have had hours of work fixing machines that have become unusable because people have trashed the registry and can't restore from the so-called backup that the program created..
