Buying on eBay without a PayPal account.

Managed payments is for sellers , it does not affect the buyers ability to pay using PayPal.

Assume Ebay only use your bank details to pay you(on managed accounts ?) your sellers can still use PayPal to buy your items on Ebay

Probably a silly question but can you use the funds in your managed account on ebay to buy things on ebay - or would you still have to maintain a paypal account to buy things on ebay (or use credit /debit card if accepted etc)

No, the managed funds don’t work like a PayPal balance. EBay collect the money and then send it to the sellers bank, you can’t access the funds before that. Many sellers are also keeping their PayPal accounts to pay for postage labels .
