In which case they now have data they are not entitled to , like your date of birth for exampleShuffty said:
I didn't tick the yes box, but I did send a copy of my driving license for identification purpose. 🙈Le_Kirk said:I hope you didn't tick the driver box with a YES! I also hope you didn't send any form of photo ID such as DL or Passport. You only need a copy of their PCN and your V5C.
No photo I D should have been used , learn from this foolish mistake for the future3 -
I mean, you were told not to send Photo ID but did anyway
Please, try to follow instructions4 -

I shall. I missed that part, or wouldn't have sent it. Does providing ID create additional problems for me?nosferatu1001 said:I mean, you were told not to send Photo ID but did anyway

Who knows ?? It certainly does if the data you have already provided (and the DVLA etc too ) gets hacked or leaked , as has happened numerous times already by various companies and institutions !!!
It is your job to protect your own data first , never mind anyone else !!
Too many people give all this data out for free on faceache etc , photos , birthdays , pet's , schools etc , all the security questions asked by banks , the HMRC , the pension service , insurance companies , etc , the list is endless
The point here is that it's not that you missed the advice , it's that you should be actively preventing data loss at source , from yourself , you should not need advising , it should be ingrained like breathing , automatic
We do not need to know a lot of your data to set up loans or contracts in your name , or hack your accounts etc4 -
It creates a problem if they get hacked. Never give more info than needed. The newbies thread covers a sar. Not a single thread ever says to give photo ID4

Problem is you are dealing with a company you know nothing about
The parking industry are not trustworthy
Make sure you never give your licence to anyone else unless it is the police.

Just think how valuable a fake d/l, using your details over a different photo, might be to some of the Calais-Dover lorry jumpers? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I have the SAR information back from Groupnexus. The just sent me copies of the Charge Notice, Charge Notice Reminder and Legal Action Pending documents. What is my next step and what is the end goal?
Thank you for your help.0 -
The two letters from DCBL mention different amounts, one for £160, one for £170. Why not query it and ask them what it is for,. and why they think it is owed. .You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Why do people ask the next step? Have you read the newbies?
The "end goal" is you not paying a scam invoice...2
