  • I think I should do this too...
but it's a scary thing to do I suppose!

I think my vice has got to be 'homewares'; I spend so much in Ikea trying to make my home perfect and I still live in a tip. And I know I could get it cheaper on Ebay/charity shop. Or not buy them at all..... eeek.

I spend a fair bit on my hair, but I do think it's worth it... it grows slow as so I only get it done every four months. So I don't think that it's frivolous, for me anyway!!

This is ikea's speciality!! I reckon they're reason for existing is to make you think if you just bought this then your house/life would be perfectly organised. It's especially bad if you have to travel to get to ikea because then you only have one chance so end up chucking loads of stuff in the trolley.

I've spent £365 on shoes this year - but it was only one pair!! And I did save for months. They're for my wedding so I don't feel too guilty!

I spent £106 on 2 pairs of shoes last week. The last time I bought shoes were 2 and a half years ago. I really liked them but bought them in an outlet shop on holiday. When looking to replace them I refused to pay £60 each as i'd only paid £25 for the last pair. I had to give in though as my old ones were worn out. Got them a bit cheaper online. So although £106 seems a lot, it's not if you take into account I only spent £25 in over 2 years! I go for comfort, not fashion. ;)

I pay nothing for haircuts as my sister used to be a hairdresser.
