Amazon seller small claims court

An amazon seller is claiming X amount via small claims as Amazon restricted sale of an item. Item sold had 2 serious faults, electrical and glass coming off item. Seller wants buyer to pay for return (no offer to pre-pay or refund postage, other buyers have stated the same), if seller sends the item back they cannot show…
