CCJ - What to do next!?

Firstly, what an amazing forum. Nowhere else supports the 'little guy' in such a brilliant way. I hope I can also give back too at some point.
A relatively simple one:
The signage is quite high up and unlit. I parked there in winter before it was light. However, I would be happy to just get the fees down and pay something, and be done with it.
1. How do I respond? The CCJ letter says I have until the 22nd of Feb to complete the small claims directions Questionnnaire N180 and file it. I have no idea what this is.
2. Any tips, experience, and guidance hugely appreciated.
A relatively simple one:
- a law firm has decided to take me to court for their client, for parking on their land where there is a sign.
- I responded with the template that has kindly been posted in the stickies
- I just got a "Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track"
- And a letter from the law firm singling the intent of their client to proceed with the claim
- I vaguely know the people who own the land and I see the manager around very occasionally, but have not had a chance to ask him to call off the action. I don't know if that would too late anyway; or if I will see them. I don't have their contact details, but if I do see them should I ask them to email me or their parking firm something?
- There is at least one other instance of me parking on their property.

If you have received that notice, you must have had a PCN, maybe some debt collector letters, a letter before/of claim, a N1 claim form, which you filled in (on-line) and submitted a defence. Who is the PPC?
If there is anything you don't know, suggest you make use of this "amazing forum" (your words) and have a look again at the NEWBIE sticky second post that is all about the court process. BTW you do not have a CCJ letter (I hope)! You must compete the DQ - if it is the blank one that came from CCBC in Northampton.2 -
The CCJ letter says I have until the 22nd of Feb to complete the small claims directions Questionnnaire N180 and file it.If you have one of those, you'd need to be paying within the next 10 days! You need to get the terminology right! A CCJ only comes once a case has gone to a hearing, you've lost and there are costs to be paid!
The NEWBIES FAQ sticky, second post, covers each step of the court process and your receipt of N180 is a normal and expected part of the process. Please use that element of the sticky as your guide to follow here forward.Which parking firm and which solicitors are involved please?Getting a landowner cancellation is always the most preferable outcome, and even at this late stage it is one you should pursue ... but in parallel with dealing with all the other court requirements placed on you, rather than instead. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I will have a re-read of the sticky, thank you for the tip. Then I might understand more what I have!
Yes it is from CCBC, Northampton.0 -
All acronyms are in the sticky but PPC = Private Parking Company. Did you submit an AoS (on-line) and send a defence to CCBC? If so, show us what you put in your defence.2

DCB Legal Ltd
CUP Enforcement
Thank you for the tips. I will have more time over the weekend - will go back to the FAQs and get this form filled in!

ok , as well as following advice regarding court , a nice piece of paper , your name , address , postcode , phone and enail the ticket number , the date of incident and the vrn and you go out of your way to talk to landowner , you ask him nicely if heemployed CUP , if he says yes , you do the "on the knee sunshine" and beg ask him if he can interviene and to contact you with answer by email
hopefully he will contact CUP , if they say its to late and he says this by email , you have evidence at court time that landowner tried to get it cancelled but cup refused
cup , not a company mentioned often on here2 -

I got in a bit of state when this "DQ" form is a 2-minute job. Finding it was harder than completing it!
- Can I scan/take a photo and email to CCBCAQ@ email address?
- DCB Legal Ltd removed the email address from their website, but thankfully I took a screenshot and have it. So will email it to them at the same time.

C.U.P Enforcement - 2 woodberry Grove, North Finchley, London N12 ORD It looks like this is the first firm you linked to, though I can not see a company no. cited anywhere on the demand letters or website. On the letter they have the BPA Approved Operator mark, whatever that means.nosferatu1001 said:
Can you show us para 2 and 3 that you amended from the template defence? The facts as known to the Defendant:
2. It is admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper of the vehicle in question but liability is denied.
A parking charge notice was not received from claimant within 14 days. Schedule 4 of The Protection Of Freedoms Act 2012 requires that a notice is served within 14 days.
3. The signage was not lit and clearly visible during low light conditions. Thus, on parking the vehicle when dark the signage was not apparent.
