Spam Phone Calls

I cant see it as being coincidence that I have received 3 spam phone calls to my mobile number today (answered and all silent, cant ring back as go dead) since I entered my mobile number in a gas/elec switch on the MSE website today to Eon.
I have had this number for several years and am usually careful about using it on online forms but the switch page gave me no choice but to enter a mobile number - (I was tempted to make it false but didnt) - and now it is getting calls from unknown mobile numbers.

I cant blame it on anything but this website as I havent entered my number anywhere else and its odd how these only started after I used this website.

Never ever happened to me nor multiple other users .CEC but running along time i am sure we would have read more complaints if your assertions are true .

100% your number never ever used in any other form  like delivery etc .

You have complained to CEC i hope .
