Transferring Cash LISA to S&S LISA

I would be grateful for your advice here please...
Im over 40y old and have been saving in a Cash LISA at the Skipton for several years. Given the low interest rates, I am looking to move this into a S&S LISA...
My first choice was going to be HL but they dont accept LISA transfers. Then my back up option was going to be AJ Bell but when i go to transfer an ISA, it asks me to open a LISA which it then stops progressing as im over 40y old.
Please help....
