Scottish Power Dispute

Was a Tonik customer for 2 years and very happy and always in credit. Out the blue it was shipped to Scottish Power whom have the worse customer service by far. Nothing but chaos on the switch to SP but wanted to switch elsewhere. Unfortunately they decided to ship my gas to another supplier without my consent. I emailed them 3 times prior to the switch, but no answers forthcoming. Eventually someone on live chat listened and set up a complaint number and finally a real human rang me in the new year, the one and only time they have. They asked have I authorised this or been on comparison sites, I had not and if you read my emails you were warned. My gas had been moved to Corona energy, a business energy supplier only. They said they would switch it back, still waiting. All contact has failed by email/phone, I even escalated the complaint online to director level, now going to ombudsman. Until my gas is back I cannot switch . They’re appalling, this has been ongoing 4 months .

we had big problem with Scottish power a couple of year back after been took on by them after the collapse of the company we were with.All phone calls we made we answered swiftly and promises given only to never happen even when made by supposed complaints department .
in the end i obtain Chief executives contact details and threatened legal action  which you have to do through the Scottish courts
it worked for us ........think these guys are chancers so do some research and go Scottish courts route. hope this helps .
