    Were this home made Wills? My only concern would be if Will 2 was your father’s own copy and a properly signed and witnessed version of it is in safekeeping somewhere. I was executor for a friend and the copy I had for my records was unsigned and unwitnessed but the original held in store was signed and witnessed. I knew where to find this as I also has the business card for the firm concerned.
