It's something that is well-intentioned, and meant to provide genuine support for those undertaking roles that are highly demanding in this pandemic, but which is now being exploited by people who meet the definition technically but not morally. I'm a keyworker by definition, but my role is no more valuable, vital or harder now than it was in normal times. I suspect that's true for many.
Not casting aspersions on OP - my point to OP was that when it comes to consumer rights, being a keyworker confers nothing extra.0 -
I dont understand why you went over time/Mileage on first service. I had my car serviced in April last year right at the start of lockdown and then twice more between then and now. Ford wouldn’t let me have a courtesy car due to sanitising issues , other than that no problems0
