I see the web site is down again.
My situation was of increases in payments not happening as I was trying to pay all the wife's taxable income into the AVC and as one month's increase was missed the required monthly amount increased thereafter. £200 compensation has now been paid as they said I should have complained earlier even though I officially complained through the web site in December and the changes could have been made as late as February. The wife will not be able to make these payments as she is due to pay all her taxable income into the AVC until she retires.
The payroll providers have now said they did not receive the 2 middle of 4 change letters that were copied to me from the Pru. In addition a complaint I made through the web site in December has disappeared although I have screen dumps as well as a secure linked email from them which the contents of which disappeared from their site and I had to re-register to access their subsequent 16 week delayed weak apology. Something is afoot and we are still out of pocket.

I have two complaints in progress. Contributions missing from investment records and failure to notify payroll of a change to contributions.

Thats great news for me as we both appear to have the same issue.

Following this discussion for a while now, thinking it'll not be relevant when I plan to access pension and take tax free AVC about this time next year. Beginning to think it might be. What odds would folk on here offer?
I have borrowed from my future self

    Sort of snap.

Missing contributions and incorrect contribution amounts (amounts credited relate to when the account was first opened).

As I mentioned earlier in the thread my wife retires on April 30th and will be taking her tax free AVC at the same time as her LGPS.  I'll let everyone know of the developments.

I hoped that after this weekend’s website maintenance work the figures would be right, but alas no, still showing my last contribution as being October.
