a lot of people say "i am going to appeal" they get home and then they dont....
I believe the good Dr Harold Shipman said he was going to appeal and look what happened to him......
I'm sure they do. I threaten companies with the Ombudsman but have only once followed through because it is so time consuming.

Some barristers though love this sort of public interest case as it raises their profile. A decorated, disabled, veteran, paralympian, I would have thought that they would be falling over themselves.

The barrister that led the "Back to 60 Team" would be up for something like this or Nicolas Bowen who is based in Wales and has taken on a parking company.

Perhaps Harry and Meghan will fund the case, she looks lined up for a mega pay day courtesy of the Mail on Sunday.  I'm sure they'll be seeking worthy causes to support.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
