  • Sky definitely have call centres in UK - not sure if it is just the TV side though.

So now that means all the answers given may be untrue as they answered a different question .
Good customer service Zen or A&A  pointless comparing any others .
  • Andrews and Arnold are the best.  I've been a customer for 18 years.
The only times I've needed support have been line faults in the physical wire from my house and they were tenacious in getting Openreach out a dozen times (usually next day) until it was fixed, including at one point threatening to sue BT Wholesale for breach of contract :D .

I can't imagine the ISPs that sell on price making that kind of effort, when it gets too difficult they just say you can leave before the end of your minimum term so it becomes somebody else's problem.

  • Shell broadband may well have uk support, but they allow you to use your own device but when the speed halves that is not throttleing, go figure.

I found Sky staff nice and helpful once you get through to them.  But their automated call answering system seems to do its best to stop you actually talking to a person.  You have to battle your way past it every time.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.
  • Yes sky do have top draw c.s., but the cost of that is a no arguements or explanation 10%p.a. price rise. So if the service just works and works then you are paying 10% p.a. for nothing
