I have "ordinary" BB via phone line, if I change to, as an example, Shell energy superfast fibre, for 1 year, then if next year I go back to a phone line provider will there be some sort of charge to revert back to a phone line from fibre?

Is superfast from Shell FTTP or just one of the names given to normal faster than dial up fibre ??Do Shell actually do FTTP .OP ADSL the old broadband over your phone line .Fibre is fibre to the cabinet then old phone line .
FTTP is optical fibre from exchange to the premises and does not use old phone line .Suggest you read the multiple Shell posts before joining .0 -
I am on ADSL.The one I was looking at is here:However looking at reviews I might give Shell Energy a miss.So might give Plusnet another go, (had them last year), but this offer ends today at 11.59p.m.But not impressed by the RPI plus 3.9% increase each year starting in June 2021, although I suppose most will do similar.
