Thoughts on this house?

So I am moving soon due to an imminent sale on my place and I really like this house. It has one or two issues (nothing is perfect), the main ones being it's slightly away from the coast (I live near the seaside) and has a north facing garden. I've viewed it twice but due to weather can't get a grasp on the sunlight for it. The owner says they get afternoon sun on the second half of the garden (see photos) but I also realised that the living room is on the north side. Judging by what you can see, do you think it will get sun or will it be an issue moving forward?

No floor plan...
For judging sun, look it up on Google maps so that you can see the orientation of the plot better.0 -
This one seems to have the south-facing garden you prefer.... 3 bedroom semi-detached house for sale in Lynwood Way, South Shields, NE34 (rightmove.co.uk)#2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £3661

Looks like the patio will always be in the shade but the bottom of the garden does get some sun, if that's the right place.0 -
Front of the house appears to be getting the sun in the pictures. New build estates tend not to be the best places if you are looking for lots of sun - the houses are so packed in that the sun is usually blocked by someone elses house.3

If you really want sun avoid north facing gardens. At the height of summer you will get some, but over winter it won't see much.
I'd also be asking about whether the roads and pavements are adopted as they look non standard. If they aren't who pays for repairs?0 -

No comment regarding the sun but what size car do you drive? That looks like a Fiat 500 parked on the front and doesn’t look like much space for anything bigger?
Also is there a back door in the kitchen or is the only access through the doors in the living room?0 -
