I think it's reflex for people to answer with "Hello" and wish they could just pick a winner and that's that.
For some people, missing out on what - for most people - is a life changing amount, could just tip them over the edge....
I did have a call from an unknown number shortly after 4pm a few months ago - I did say "Make Me A Winner!" and it was my local police calling me
