Shortly after the death of Her Majesty the Queen was announced, we suspended Make Me A Winner. All valid entries made prior to the suspension will remain valid, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, when the Competition restarts.
We appreciate that you may have questions and we hope that these FAQs will provide you with the information you are looking for.
The following information relates to the Make Me A Winner competition, running on the following radio stations only:
Absolute Radio, Absolute Classic Rock, Absolute Radio 60s, Absolute Radio 70s, Absolute 80s, Absolute Radio 90s, Absolute Radio 00s, Absolute Radio 10s, Absolute Radio 20s, Absolute Radio Country, KISS Network, KISSTORY, KISS Fresh, KISS Dance, KISS Garage, KISS Bliss, Magic Radio, Magic Chilled, Mellow Magic, Magic Soul, Magic at the Movies and Magic at the Musicals, Planet Rock.

When was the competition suspended?
The competition was suspended at 7pm on Thursday 8 September 2022. This means that entries were not accepted after this time.
If you tried to enter via SMS after this time, your entry will not have been entered into the draw, you will not have received a confirmation message and you will not have been charged £2, though your mobile network may have charged you your standard message rate (usually 10-15p).
If you tried to enter online, an error message will have been displayed to say that the competition was not open and your entry will not have been entered into the draw.
What happens to my entry if I entered before the competition was suspended?
After lines closed at 4pm on Thursday 8 September 2022, a draw was carried out in the normal way and a call made to the number selected at random. A winner was declared.
The next round opened at 4.10pm and entries were accepted up to the point at which the competition was suspended 7pm.
If you entered during this period, via SMS or online, your entry will automatically be included in the first available draw after the competition resumes. You do not need to enter again in order to be eligible but are able to do so if you would like to increase your chances.
All entries received from the start of the competition on Monday 5 September at 6am will automatically be included in every draw up to and including the final draw of the competition, which was due to take place on Friday 30 September. A revised end date for the competition will be published on this page on Tuesday 20 September.
When will the competition resume?
This will be confirmed and updated on this page on Tuesday 20 September 2022. Please check back on this date for further information.
What will the prize be?
The prize will be announced on participating radio stations regularly on the day that the competition resumes.
Could I still be called for the competition?
All entries received from the start of the competition on Monday 5 September at 6am will automatically be included in every draw up to and including the final draw of the competition, which was due to take place on Friday 30 September. A revised end date for the competition will be published on this page on Tuesday 20 September.
You do not need to enter again in order to be eligible but are able to do so if you would like to increase your chances.

not surprising its all mass hysteria. Cancer appts cancelled that day, lots of gps closing, food banks closed. Hardly mass hysteria it's a Bank Holiday that has happened once in 70 years and organisations choose to observe it or not - if you want mass hysteria then look no further than Easter Sunday which is not even a Bank Holiday but has all sorts of restrictions with no choice about and that is one day every yearserenity2012 said:

You could try using a VPN for entries once the Captcha starts kicking in. I've found that since your connection uses a different IP address over the VPN the Captcha often resets.Ladyluck58 said:Is it me or have they gone captcha crazy? Thursday - 3rd ring lady answers make me a winner, presenter you’ve done it you’ve just won £33,000, lady have I really that is amazing, are you being serious presenter yes being serious.Presenter asks lady spend money, lady on household bills at moment, presenter treat as well as the household bills, lady treat go on holiday. Presenter asks lady is with, lady says with partner and can be heard saying won £33,000.Friday- £66,000
