It’s heartbreaking to hear people losing a good sum of money just because they say hello☹️
It is a shame but if they've entered they know the rules.....possibly the earlier time of 4pm is still catching people out.

So previously, entries closed at 5pm and the call happened sometime between 5pm and 5.10pm. Now that the closing time is 4pm, does the call happen between 4 and 4.10pm? When is the call aired?
  • Hmm, I don't appear to be able to enter online this week. Anyone else got the same issue?

I've just entered on-line OK (I hope!)  The clock on here seems to be wrong....??

Mine seems to have gone through OK just now.
  • Can I just ask you all something.  If we enter via mobile, we are charge £2, + standard network charge.  I just looked at my bill, and for every entry I made I got charged £2, plus additional for the reply message we get back.  Is that Normal? And lastly, why would one enter via mobile, if it can be done online for free ? Can anyone let me know.  Many thanks

Not sure about the fees you've been charged, but you can enter usually up to 8 times via text, but only once online. There may be others that don't really know about the free online entry. Either way, you get more entries via text than you can via online, so people might prefer to enter it as much as they can.
