It states at the end of the copy/paste you put:

"To be explicit, if you win this competition, you will still be able to enter Make Me A Winner or other competitions on makemeawinner.co.uk moving forwards."

So isn't that a yes, you would be able to win the main prize if you won the £1,000 draw too? :)

No, it's saying you enter next week's make me a winner even if you win this week's make me a winner (whereas ordinarily the general terms would prohibit that). The last sentence is explaining what the effect of clause 4.12 not applying is.

But the the first sentence is not affected by that, which is about prohibiting winning more than one prize in any one competition.
