So isn't that a yes, you would be able to win the main prize if you won the £1,000 draw too? :)

No, it's saying you enter next week's make me a winner even if you win this week's make me a winner (whereas ordinarily the general terms would prohibit that). The last sentence is explaining what the effect of clause 4.12 not applying is.

But the the first sentence is not affected by that, which is about prohibiting winning more than one prize in any one competition.

Sounds like you were probably using a number for the comp ending yesterday without realising it, presumably when you thought you were entering for the week before. Have you checked the number you were using against the list for the relevant time period?

The following is only open to Entrants who enter between 12:00pm and 12:30pm on Friday 24 July 2026 via SMS, Phone or Online. Valid Entrants who enter during the above specified times will qualify for an additional draw. Each entrant will receive one entry into the additional draw, regardless of how many times they enter. One winner will receive a £1,000 cash prize. The winner will be selected at random after 12:30pm on Friday 24 July and notified by telephone call within 30 minutes. If the selected Entrant fails to answer their phone, they will forfeit the prize and another valid Entrant will be chosen.

We reserve the right to run additional rounds of Make Me A Winner Cash Splash. Details of any additional rounds will be updated here prior to their commencement.

The following is only applicable to anyone who enters between 2pm and 3pm on Thursday 23 July 2026:  

Anyone who enters the Competition during the specified times will qualify for an additional draw. Each entrant will receive one entry into the additional draw, regardless of how many times they enter.

Simply select the number of entries you want before the competition closes at 5pm on Friday 24 July, then keep your phone close.
No code words. No complicated steps. Just enter, answer the call if Kate rings, and you could be celebrating a spectacular summer win.
