    Hi.

Someone know why there is so many different numbers to call? There's some difference?

    🙂

I think they have different numbers for different radio stations.
That would allow them to track responses and gather demographic data, giving them insight into which stations their audience is responding from.

I was thinking that's may be the case. 🙂

Great help and tips on this thread 😄

I have tried saving the number with 15 commas then 1 at first, which didn't take me to the quick route entry as I still had to let the message play out.

I edited the number and tried using 14,15,16,17 commas but still the same....wonder if saving as a new number again with maybe 18 might work...

Not sure what you mean by the 'quick route entry' since the commas only insert a number of 3 second delays during the call so that the 1 plays at the end when the call requires an input of 1 or 2. The time required to enter is still the same whether or not you do it manually or using the commas.

Does your phone make an audible bleep when a number is pressed?
If not, you should be able to change it in the settings of your phone so that it does.
You would then know it the automated pressing of 1 is either happening too early or too late, and you could adjust the commas accordingly.

I'm pretty sure that something has changed .....
Previously you could press the 1 while it was telling you to press 1 (i.e. before the whole "press 1.... press 2...." message had been read out.
Now you have to wait for the whole "press 1... press 2...." message to be read out, then there's a beep, and that's when you can press the 1.
If you press 1 before the beep, it won't work.

So if you're using the comma method to save time, you might need to put some extra commas in so that your 1 is pressed after the beep and not before it
