If you press any key as soon as you hear the woman start talking, it skips the first section. Again, press 1 as soon as she's finished reading out your number, and the call time is down to about 25 seconds. I do them one after the other so it takes around 20 minutes to do 42 entries.

With the week-long one, you've got 8 days to do 176, that's 22 entries per day or just over 10 minutes a day!
