Yes, it’s happening more with me as well! 

It took 56 calls to reach my entry limit yesterday. As a good few of them wouldn’t accept me pressing 1.

It says in the terms somewhere that they can give additional entries at their discretion, so I just keep calling until the system tells me I have reached my maximum entries.
