Sometimes I think they don't always ring someone every day, I think they play a prerecorded failed/"hello" call just to deliberately roll it over to get more entries and more money. Strange that if someone won £96k, the next day it's £97k, but if it rolled over it's still only £1k more...

Is their any basis for this conspiracy theory?

I don't think that it's rigged because they wouldn't risk the reputational damage if they were found out. And if you look back through this thread, I'm sure there have been consecutive days with winners. Unless, of course, that's all part of their masterplan?

The amount always goes up every day. It's the entries that roll over not the amount.

And if you think it's fixed, don't enter.

But that doesn't clarify whether a person has already reached their maximum amount of entries

You can enter 42 times by phone for every draw. If you don’t want to enter again, that’s fine, more chances for everyone else to win.

I’m also unsure how you think that doesn’t answer your question.

Because the terms state that you can enter a maximum of 42 times by phone and if your 42 entries roll over then you've already entered the maximum amount of times.

It is 42 entries per day, I.e. from 3:10pm Tuesday - 3pm Wednesday. If there is a rollover those 42 entries you made from 3:10pm - 3pm Wednesday are rolled over to the next days competition, 3:10pm Wednesday - 3pm Thursday you can enter again 42 times for that entry period which would give you 84 entries into that days draw.

You can enter each day for whatever limit applies for that day only and you get whatever (if any) bonus entries apply for that day as well. If it is a rollover your entries from the previous day or days are included in the draw but you can enter to that days limit if you wish - the limits are for the individual days competition

I'm actually finding it frustrating that they're rolling over because I wanna start re-entering again!!

...do you not phone again every day?
I was under the impression that if you entered with the maximum number of entries and then the entries rolled over, you can't enter again until it's won
I'm phoning every day! If the entries roll over, I'll have like 462 tomorrow  :D
I thought I was the only person with 400+ entries for tomorrow
seriously though there could be another 20,000 entrants who have maxed out for tomorrow. 8,000,000+ entries!
    thanks to all posters

I do my maximum entries by phone every day as well. The only day I couldn’t do all of them was when I was working from the office on 17th July.

    .
    .

Who enters and doesn't glue themselves to their phone between 1500 and 1510??!
Well, quite a lot of people it would seem. And although I'm poised from 15:00 till 15:30, my heightened expectation of receiving the call is between 15:10 and 15:20. I'm not sure how valid this is, perhaps someone who has won can say (or maybe that information has been posted before).
