Thank you all for your comments and advice. I shall take take the following route. Initially send an email requesting the return of the graphics card, which I had found to be faulty. If they do send it back to me, I will attempt to register it with Sapphire. I will also
print off an Amazon invoice and lodge an RMA with Sapphire. If Amazon do not return the GPU within a 10 day period then I will
go the small claims court route, as suggested in some of the comments. Does the RMA rote seem feasible?0 -
Still no joy from Amazon, now going the route of Citizens Advice Bureau and thence the Small Claims Court.0
